What are the payment terms and refund policies?
BookYourSnap features transparent, customer-first refund rules:
- 100% Refund: For cancellations at least 48 hours prior to scheduled shoot time.
- 98% Refund: For cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before shoot time (2% cancellation fee).
- 97.5% Refund: For cancellations under 24 hours prior to shoot time (2.5% artist reservation fee).
How does instant photography booking work?
Our instant booking engine utilizes real-time geolocation matching to alert verified photographers within a 15–25 km radius for same-day or last-minute shoot requirements, giving you instant confirmation and live status updates.
Is there any booking fee or hidden cost for clients?
No! BookYourSnap operates with a strict zero-hidden-cost guarantee. The price shown on the photographer's package or agreed quote is all you pay, plus a standard transparent 3% convenience fee shown at checkout.
What happens if a photographer does not show up?
In the extremely rare event of a photographer no-show, report the dispute in the in-app chat or email within 48 hours. Our Trust & Safety team will confirm check-in data and issue an immediate 100% full refund.
Can I reschedule my photoshoot date and time?
Yes! Date and time adjustments can be coordinated directly with your photographer in the in-app chat. Once both parties agree on a revised slot, the booking details are updated with zero rescheduling penalty.
How will I receive my high-resolution photos?
Your photographer uploads the edited, color-graded photos directly to your BookYourSnap dashboard. You will receive an immediate email and app alert with secure download links for the full uncompressed files.
